We offer international shipping to most countries worldwide. Delivery times are calculated from the date your order is shipped (not from the order date).

European delivery applies to the following countries: United Kingdom, Germany, France. Delivery to other European countries may fall under "Rest of World."

4. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
For international orders outside of our warehouse regions, please note:

We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

Apexel is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as "Delivered" by the shipping carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is secure and accurate.

Contacting your local post office or carrier facility with your tracking number.
