Billing Descriptor: Your credit card statement will show a charge from "APEXEL" or "SHOPAPEXEL".

Refunds: For eligible returns, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account after we process it.
