At Apexel, we stand behind the quality of our products. We hope you love your purchase, but if you are not entirely satisfied, you can return eligible items within 30 days for a refund.

1. Return Eligibility

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item(s) to initiate a return.

The item(s) must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging with all tags and accessories included.

2. Return Process: Step-by-Step

To initiate a return, please follow these steps: 

Contact Our Support Team: Do not ship the item back to us without first contacting us. Within the 30-day window, please email our customer service team at support@shopapexel.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

Receive Your Pre-Paid Label: Our team will process your request and respond with further instructions and a pre-paid shipping label within 1-2 business days.

Ship the Item Back: Use the provided pre-paid label to ship the return package back to us. We highly recommend obtaining a proof of postage from the carrier.

3. Refunds & Shipping Costs

The handling of refunds and shipping fees is based on the reason for the return:

We cover the cost. The pre-paid label is provided free of charge.

Full refund of the original product price.

Change of Mind / No Longer Needed (Not a defect)

You cover the cost. The cost of the pre-paid return label will be deducted from your refund.

Refund of the original product price, minus the cost of the return shipping label.

 

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund based on the reason for the return.

You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be reflected in your original payment method.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@shopapexel.com. We will apologize for the error and arrange for a pre-paid return label and a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
