Last Updated: 2026/6/17
At Apexel, we are committed to the quality, reliability, and craftsmanship of our products. This Limited Warranty outlines the warranty coverage provided for eligible Apexel products purchased from our official store or authorized retailers.
Warranty Period Overview
1. Warranty Coverage
Apexel warrants that eligible products shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for the applicable warranty period from the date of original retail purchase.
For non-electronic products, the warranty period is four (4) years from the date of original retail purchase.
For electronic or battery-powered products, including but not limited to products with built-in batteries, LED lights, Bluetooth functions, charging ports, or other electronic components, the warranty period is two (2) years from the date of original retail purchase.
This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser of the product and is not transferable.
2. What This Warranty Covers
This warranty covers the repair or replacement, at Apexel’s sole discretion, of a product that proves to be defective due to faulty materials or workmanship, provided that the product has been used under normal conditions and for its intended purpose.
If the original product is no longer available, Apexel may replace it with a product of equal or similar value and functionality.
3. What This Warranty Does Not Cover
This Limited Warranty does not cover any of the following:
- Damage Caused by Misuse or Accidents: Damage resulting from accident, abuse, misuse, neglect, improper installation, improper storage, unauthorized modifications, or unauthorized repairs.

- External Factors: Damage caused by external factors such as exposure to liquids, moisture, extreme temperatures, dust, sand, impact, pressure, power surges, or improper charging.
- Consumable or Wearable Parts: Parts that are expected to wear out over time under normal use, unless the failure occurs due to a defect in materials or workmanship.
- Compatibility Issues: Issues caused by changes in third-party devices, phone models, phone cases, operating systems, apps, or accessories that are not manufactured by Apexel.
- Unauthorized Purchases: Products purchased from unauthorized resellers, auction sites, second-hand marketplaces, or other non-authorized sales channels, including but not limited to eBay and similar platforms.
