At Apexel, we are committed to the quality and craftsmanship of our products. This Limited Warranty outlines the coverage provided for your purchase.
1. Warranty Coverage
Apexel warrants that your product(s) shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of original retail purchase.
This warranty is only valid for the original purchaser of the product.
2. What This Warranty Covers
This warranty covers the repair or replacement, at our sole discretion, of a product that proves to be defective due to faulty materials or workmanship, provided the product has been used under normal conditions and for its intended purpose.
3. What This Warranty Does Not Cover
This Limited Warranty does not cover any of the following:
Damage Caused by Misuse or Accidents: Damage resulting from accident, abuse, misuse, neglect, improper installation, or unauthorized modifications or repairs.
Normal Wear and Tear: The natural aging of the product or deterioration through normal use (e.g., minor scratches, cosmetic changes).
External Factors: Damage caused by external factors such as, but not limited to, exposure to liquids, extreme temperatures, or power surges.
Consumable Parts: Parts that are expected to wear out over time under normal use, unless such failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship.
Unauthorized Purchases: Products purchased from unauthorized resellers, including but not limited to auction sites (e.g., eBay) and other second-hand marketplaces.
Proof of purchase from an authorized retailer is required for all warranty claims.
4. How to Obtain Warranty Service
If your product fails to operate under normal use and you believe it is covered by this warranty, please follow these steps:
Contact Our Support Team: Email us at support@shopapexel.com with the following information:
Your name and original order number.
A detailed description of the defect or problem.
Photos or a short video clearly showing the issue.
Assessment: Our support team will review your claim within 1-2 business days and determine if the issue is covered under this warranty.
Resolution: If your claim is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a pre-paid shipping label to send the product to us. Upon receipt, we will, at our option, either repair or replace the product and return it to you.
5. Limitation of Liability
