...The first thing I love is the ring-light, doubt you could use this without it. You have to practically be right on top of your subject to get proper focus...But that should be expected with a microscope! The subjects come into clear and sharp detail, and it is really easy to use, so I highly recommend it! I have included photos of an apple-seed and mouth-parts of a housefly...
Great performance for my project on close macro eye photography
I did return this product. Not because it didn't do what it was suppose to do, rather it was more an "ease of use issue" for my wife. She takes pictures of makeup products and thought this would be good for closeups. It did work and took really good closeup pics, but getting it on and off the phone was very difficult and she would accidentally take additional photos. Sometimes up to 90 pics because it would hold down the volume button, so she would have to go back into her gallery and delete them. I think we will look for a top mounted micro lens in the future.
This case may have the abilty to fit the telephoto lens, bit it cannot will not aline with the lens of the iphone 13 pro max. The smaller hole allines, but i can ot fix the teleophoto lense to it. If theres an adaptor, its not included.
Wow, what an exciting piece of gear to add to your kit. If you enjoy Macro photography then this lens is small light and produces beautiful quality pictures. It takes a little learning to get used to using and get it to focus well but if you do your part the lens is sure not to disappoint. I am having so much fun with this just taking dramatic pictures of random everyday objects. I fully recommend giving this lens a try!
Have to get super close to a subject in order for this to work so if your using this to photograph insects or any small creatures just know you have to work really hard and it has to be almost on top of them literally.

It's OK, it's not as good as I wanted.It probably would have sent it back...but didnt! I do like the multi function light up light options.But it just didn't come in very clear and work as good as I thought it should on my phone I have a newer galaxy

I got this to record the Bald Eagle that catches fish in the lake.This thing rocks and the clarity is amazing. The tripod helps with stabilize the phone.
Feels like you get what you pay for. Metal lens, clip is plastic with metal threads. Takes patience to put it on a cell phone camera, but definitely worth it! I highly recommend using a tripod to hold the phone securely and to minimize shaking.
This is one of the best buys I've gotten on Amazon. It has an amazing zoom, 20-60X zoom adjustment, and the photos are clear and sharp. I'm especially impressed that it can take detailed images of birds and even the moon, which I previously thought was impossible.
