Does not work with phone and no customer service. No response from the company after 2 attempts

I purchased this set some time ago and have enjoyed using it frequently, especially for pictures of the moon. The tripod is helpful when taking still life pictures and works great with the remote shutter for long exposures. I also have a light they sent as a free gift that is wonderful for backlit pics of plants or to change the lighting when doing macro photography.

Recently purchased the telephoto lens kit, and I can say I’m very pleased! It works well with my iPhone XR, the quality is beautiful and exceptional! I’ve been doing photography for a year or so, and it comes somewhat close to what a DSLR Camera can produce. I’m very satisfied with my order, you won’t regret it :).

The lenses are great the telephoto lens is light weight! My kids love to use the lens as a monocular lens to look at the moon!
